Rules and Conditions
Disable mail delivery when you are unavailable (i.e. vacations, trips, etc.) so listserv subscribers do not receive your “out-of-office” message when you are away. This can be done by logging in below with your listserv user email address and password. Avoid using return receipts (contact information) when sending email messages to the listserv, it creates unnecessary messages. Be courteous. Refrain from sending messages that may be construed as defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive or illegal. Ensure that your postings do not violate anyone’s intellectual property or other rights. Do not send information or other material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner. By sending material to the listserv, the sender warrants and represents that they own the copyright with respect to such material or have received permission from the copyright owner. In addition, the posting party grants ARN and users of this listserv the non-exclusive right and license to display, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, print and use such information or other material. Keep in mind that your postings will be shared with everyone and every additional comment will be viewed. The subject line should reflect the topic of your message. Either change the subject line, or begin a new thread when you decide to change the subject. Reply to the sender only (not all subscribers) if your message contains sensitive information, personal material, or attachments. Do not respond to comments with “I agree” or “good question”. Also, polite salutations (such as “thank you” and “have a good day”) should be avoided. This listserv has been made available as a discussion forum for ARN Admission Liaison SIG members. You must be a current ARN member to access the listserv. The listserv is a great tool for ARN members to communicate with each other and exchange information and ideas. We encourage you to use the listserv often.
Using Admissions-LiaisonsSIG Listserv
Once you have subscribed to the listserv, to post a message to all the list members, send an e-mail to admissions-liaisons@lists.rehabnurse.org. Please keep in mind that you can only send messages to the listserv from the e-mail address you are subscribed with.  You will not be able to send messages from other e-mail accounts you hold. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Admissions-Liaisons SIG Listserv
Subscribe to the ARN Educators SIG listserv by filling out the below form. You will be notified by e-mail once your subscription has been approved. Your e-mail address:   First and last name (required):   You may enter a privacy password below.  Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be e-mailed back to you as a reminder. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.  Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
